The pool area was quite nice for a lekker dip, and the staff were friendly, especially at the bar. Really enjoyed the scenic view of the rice field from the restaurant. The garden was great.

Had to deal with some noisy guests, a bit of a downer on the vibe.

Had an extra special stay on vacation, everything was amazing. All of the staff were extremely polite, outstandingly accommodating. The new-fashioned room was neat and the bathroom was luxurious. Coffee/tea making equipment and a fridge were nice.

The homemade cakes at the restaurant were delicious, the best treats after a long day exploring. Plus, the location was ideal, just a stroll to the beach, and the pool had an amazing vibe! So perfect for unwinding.

The comfort level was zero. The bed was a nightmare with springs popping out! The room telephone wasn't working. And those frogs? They croaked all night!

The poolside bar is non-existent and the snack options are laughable. Staff checking policies are a bit invasive, and the shower temperature needs fixing!!!

I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere at Naina Resort & Spa, Sha Extra Plus, particularly appreciating the lovely garden area and the large swimming pool with a perfect retreat after a day exploring. The room was spacious and impeccably clean.

Breakfast variety could improve.

I had an awesome time enjoying the large, clean pool and taking advantage of the nice outdoor area with comfy lounge chairs. The spa and wellness center offered fantastic treatments, and I loved the relaxing garden space, perfect for winding down. The only slight hiccup was the slow check-in process, but it didn't spoil the overall vibe! 😊

The view of the rice fields was a highlight, offering a serene backdrop, especially during rain. The room provided ample storage and cleanliness was well-maintained. The breakfast was consistently underwhelming, with limited variety and the restaurant lacking staff attention. Noisy guests and maintenance issues in the room, such as air conditioning troubles and slow drainage, detracted from the overall experience.

I really enjoyed how spacious my room was and the lovely garden area added a nice touch to the ambiance. The big swimming pool was perfect for a refreshing dip after exploring the local area. I do think the breakfast could offer a wider variety to match the beautiful setting.

The staff here are friendly and welcoming, making it a great place to stay overall.
